Agent export licence
Effective September 22, 2026. These terms cover individual record and history-page purchases made through x402 across GetRegisters products.
What a purchase includes
The launch price is 0.025 USDC on Base per nonempty history-page request, containing up to 500 retained record versions. A smaller page costs the same. Each additional page requires a separate purchase. The payment challenge states the exact price, recipient, network and resource before authorization. Empty pages are free. This is a one-time purchase, without a subscription or future charges.
A single-record purchase costs 0.005 USDC on Base and includes the current full structured version at the time of purchase, with original-source citations where recorded. It excludes history, raw source documents and future updates. Missing or uncertain fields remain null; inspect the free preview before buying. Retrying the original signed payment returns the purchased snapshot, not a later version. The payment challenge is authoritative for any explicitly configured product price.
Permitted use
You and agents acting for you may retain, analyze and use the purchased data for your own or your organization's internal work. You may create internal summaries and decisions from it. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or sublicense the bulk export, or use it to operate a competing data feed. This licence covers our supplied export; it does not restrict rights you independently hold in public facts or original source materials. Original publishers retain their rights, and source-specific notices still apply.
Coverage and decisions
Exports contain recorded history, which may be incomplete, outdated or corrected later. A purchase does not promise complete historical coverage, ongoing updates or a particular number of records. Verify material requirements against the linked official sources. The service is informational and does not provide legal advice.
Delivery and payment problems
Retain your exact signed request and payment receipt. A retry with the same signed payment can retrieve its original response while the offer remains available. Do not issue another payment when the first result is uncertain. If a payment settles without delivery, retain the transaction hash and resource URL for investigation. Never share a wallet secret. We will investigate and arrange delivery or a refund for a verified undelivered purchase. There is no automatic refund mechanism. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
