This grant funding is also available to: licensed for-profit programs serving children up to kindergarten age that do not qualify for affordability funding licensed programs that only provide out-of-school care to kindergarten and school-age children Supports include funding for wage top-ups, professional development, release time and mandatory employer contributions. Eligible programs and agencies apply on behalf of their paid, certified ECE employees and family day home educators.

To be eligible for direct Local Priorities funding set out in this guideline, licensed centres/agencies must be enrolled in CWELCC or exclusively serve children aged 6 to 12.
